Spaghetti Bolognese
- Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Instructions:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic over medium heat.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the sauce over cooked spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
